We will be having a get together for our dear friend Ilmer, an usher at the 7am Mass and a parishioner for the last 15 years. Over the years he has been a regular at the 6:30am week day Mass. He rides his bike from Westgate to spend his time at St. Juliana’s. For the last 8 years he has worked at Bavone’s Wood Floors side by side with Steve Bavone our 7:00am/6:30am sacristan.
He is Returning to his native home in Guatemala to be with his family: two daughters, grandson, mother, father and numerous siblings. All these years he has been here he has lived an austere life supporting his family back home with his prayers and hard work in construction.
Please join us for “Coffee And” under the pavilion here at St. Juliana’s on Sunday April 7th after the 7:00am Mass. Anyone who would like to contribute to his gift there will be a card in the sacristy during the week or you may present it to him directly during the get together. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!!
